PICTURES OF THE WEEK: FINAL IMAGES OF HYPERION

The Cassini spacecraft made a final fly-by of Hyperion, one of Saturn’s moons, a few weeks ago, and NASA has released the images it managed to grab as it whizzed past.
Hyperion is an anomaly: it’s peanut-shaped, and has a surface that looks like a sponge and its orbit is erratic.
