If you see a light in the sky your first guess might be that’s it’s a UFO. Well, technically, if you don’t know what it is then it is unidentified, and if it’s moving across the sky it really is a flying object.
Should you wish to try to identify it with some more precision, take a look at this handy graphic which runs through questions you need to answer to figure out just what the light in the sky is.
Once you have identified it, it will cease to be a UFO and become an FO. Then, of course, if it stops moving it will merely be an O.
