EVENT OF THE WEEK: CAT VIDEO FESTIVAL

Here’s a date for your diary: on May 11, the Internet Cat Video Festival is being held in Oakland, CA.
It’s exactly what it sounds like. The festival will show 80 videos of cats being cute, projected onto a giant 100-foot square wall.
I don’t know what to say. I mean, I love cat videos, but only in small doses. That many, and at that size, sounds like over-kill. Still, they expect more than 5,000 people to attend.
