LATE FED2 STAR EMAIL LAST WEEK

Apologies for the lateness of the Fed2 Star emails last week. Due to a glitch*, they didn’t get sent out until about 10 hours after they were intended to go out!
* OK, I admit, when I say “glitch” I am not talking about a computer error or a bug. It was a user error - my forgetfulness caused the delay.
My working method these days is to prepare the emails and the web pages on Saturday, so that all I have to do on Sunday morning is to upload to the website and then retrieve the draft emails and send them out.
As usual, last week I had the emails all queued up to go but after I finished uploading the web pages, something distracted me (probably one of my kittens doing something adorably cute) and I forgot that I hadn’t sent out the emails.
It wasn’t until Alan phoned me just before bedtime to ask why he hadn’t seen the news I realised.
This week, I promise to allow my cats to distract me... awwww, look what they’re doing now!
