FED’S TIMING GETS ITS KNICKERS IN A TWIST

Last weekend I reported that when Alan put in the rewritten code to make the game reset automatically, it was doing a double reset for some strange reason.
Well, he fixed that by changing the reset time to 1.05pm server time instead of 1.00pm – something about scheduling it for exactly on the hour was messing things up. But things are still not happening exactly as they should.
The reset itself is happening when scheduled, and the 10 minute warning is broadcasting at 12.55pm as you would expect. But the 5 minute warning... well, that’s showing up an hour late. 55 minutes after the reset it is supposed to warn us about. Which isn’t much use at all.
Alan is going to tweak the code again to try to bring this late alert back to when it’s supposed to be.
