NO NEWS NEXT WEEKEND

It’s a holiday weekend here in the UK next weekend, with not one, but two days off work. So that means I won’t be publishing a Fed2 Star.

Monday is a regular holiday that we have every year, and Tuesday is a special one-off because it’s the Queen’s diamond jubilee. Yes, Her Maj has been reigning for sixty years. I don’t really care so I’ll avoid the street parties and other celebrations, but I am grateful for the extra day off - particularly since the weather on this side of the pond has suddenly changed from cold and wet, to gloriously sunny. Let’s hope it lasts another week before reverting to the usual sullen drizzle.

The Fed2 Star will return the following week, on June 10.
