PICTURE OF THE WEEK: THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON - IN COLOR

The dark side of the moon (the real thing, not the excellent Pink Floyd album) isn't really dark. It's just that we can't see it. But the Lunar Orbiter Laser Altimeter can, and it's sent us back some amazing pictures that show the heights of the different parts of the surface of the map.
