FINAL GRAVING DOCK FIXES AND TWEAKS TO THE MANUAL

Alan has just put in code to fix one remaining bug in graving docks: once the build was finished, the dock display still said it was diverting goods, even though it didn't need them any more. Now, when the build is finished, the diversion automatically gets turned off.

This means that when it's possible to build more than just the graving dock, you will have to turn the diversion back on again if you want to carry on with another build - it will always shut off when the current build is complete.

Speaking of builds being complete, I have had to change the information in the Idiot's Guide about what happens to unused commodities in the graving dock warehouse when the build is done. I had said that the goods would remain there to be used for future builds, but that turns out not to be the case. Actually what happens is that the construction workers seize whatever is left over and throw a massive party.
