REAL LIFE NEWS: CAR CRASHING TIME

by Hazed

A garage worker in the UK is in fear of his life right now - figuratively speaking - claiming that his bosses will "kill him". Why? Because he crashed a £200K Ferrari 612 Scaglietti (here's what one looks like).

The luxury car had been taken into a garage in New Malden, Surrey, England, for its annual MOT test (which all cars in the UK have to pass in order to be considered roadworthy). The worker, in his early 20s, had taken the car out for a "quick road test" and managed to hit a lamppost and jump a two-foot wall, landing in the middle of a roundabout.

One witness said, "He was driving along one minute and the next the car was in the middle of the roundabout. He looked pretty stressed out when he realised the car was wrecked and kept saying his bosses would kill him."

Another reported, "He just lost control and smashed into a lamppost and then the car mounted the roundabout and ended up in the middle of it. There were no other cars involved - he just lost it as he went round the roundabout."

The unfortunate driver was not injured, but the car was described as "seriously damaged" after this little mishap.

No wonder he thinks his bosses will kill him - and who knows what the owner of the car will do!
