With Alan and me both being a lot busier in our real lives, it's all the more important than you do everything you can to ensure your emails don't get lost. We just don't have the time to examine every single bit of email we receive to pick out the genuine stuff.
Whether it's fake watches, pharmaceuticals from Canada, offers of jobs, offers of dubious friendships, body-part extentions, money from Nigeria, real genuine degrees... we get mountains of spam. To prevent your email getting caught up in this torrent, please put Fed2 somewhere in the subject line. Then our mail filters will catch it and divert it away from the spam bucket.
Otherwise, the chances are that we'll not spot your mail amongst all the dross, and it'll get ignored.
