REAL LIFE NEWS: UK'S MINISTRY OF DEFENCE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN UFO REPORTS

by Hazed

Along with many other governments, the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) has been keeping tabs on UFOs for years. Members of the public have been encouraged to report their sightings of unidentified flying objects by leaving voicemail messages or sending in emails. The MoD has been slowly releasing all its old files of reported sightings.

But suddenly, as a cost cutting exercise, they have announced that they don't want to know any more. They've closed down the UFO reporting service, saying that it is "an inappropriate use of defence resources". Clearly they don't think aliens are a threat.

Haven't they seen the films? Don't they realize that we could be attacked by alien invaders at any moment? War of the Worlds, The Bodysnatchers, Dr Who and the Daleks, Independence Day... I could go on. These films clearly document the dangers aliens pose to the whole world.

Not to mention Fed2's Martians, marooned at the Galactic rim and desperate to find their way back and invade us all over again.

Perhaps the UK thinks it can post "Alien free zone" signs and escape the attention of the invaders that attack everywhere else.

Madness!
