CHANGE TO DIVVY COMMAND

When Fed fires up on the new servier, there will be a change made to the command that CEOs use to issue dividends: you will be limited to issuing two divvies per day for a company. This should cut down on the long lists of multiple divvies that currently clog up the SpyNet Financial display, which is currently causing terrible scroll and sometimes overflows its buffers.
We're also raising the amount you can issue in a divvy. The upper limit will be 2,000 groats - it's currently 1,000 groats.
That means you will be able to dish out 4,000 groats per share each day, which should be enough to keep your shareholders happy!
