SHORTENED PLANET DISPLAY, AND NEW INFRASTRUCTURE COMMAND

The planet display just kept on getting longer and longer, what with all the builds high-ranking POs were doing, until it got extremely unwieldy. For those who just wanted to check what system a planet was in, or who owned it, it was a real nuisance to have to scroll back past all the information you weren't interested in.

So now the display has got a lot shorter. It just shows the basic information, plus the factories and depots - the infrastructure information has gone.

Instead, you find out about the builds on a planet using a new command, 'DI INFRA planetname'. As with the 'DI PLANET' command, if you leave off the planetname it'll tell you about the world upon which you are standing. Much more convenient!
