Here's an advance warning for Engineers of something else that will be implemented in about two weeks, which could increase your disaffection. Unemployment amongst your workthings is going to have an effect - nobody likes to be out of work so if they can't find jobs in depots and factories they are going to get very disgruntled.

So this will be another reason for you to encourage CEOs to build on your world.
