FEDDERGORIES

Broadcasting LIVE from the Media room on Phobos, where I was watching past glorious games played by the Crimson Tide... games WAY back there in the past by the way... Was the latest edition of Feddergories, the Football Edition! (Note to self... never ever ever ever try to host a sports related Feddergories EVER again!) I was joined by Oberon, Genike, Moonus, Kblackdragon, Kalandra, Occy, Zand and Ariadne, as well as many others who watched the game being played. After a brief run down of the rules for the new players, we had Kick Off!
We got the game started off right with Ways to Get to the Game. Zand preferred Skating his way there, while Genike took his Suburu. Perhaps the Suburu had Oberon's Sidecar attached, I'm not sure. Occy got there on his Sidewinder skateboard, with many bruises to show, while Kblackdragon Sprinted there, arriving out of breath. Ariadne was the smart one, taking the Subway, while Moonus set about getting there with nothing but his trusty Sandals. After hitting the Snack Bar, for some heathbars, hamburgers and ho ho's, we got on to our first Fed 2 category of the night, People/Places/Things Phobos. Almost everyone was hanging out in the Morph bar, so only Occy and Ariadne got points for their monos and Media room. After that, it was time for a potty break, so while we were all standing in line for the Little Hostess' Room, we thought about things we could do to pass the time while standing in line. We Hooted, Hollered, Hummed, Hopped, Held it, and even got some Hand washing in. Once we made it into the bathroom, we took a look around and found some Tiles, Tacky vending machines, Tampons (probably in those machines), Televisions (hey, the Little Hostess' Room is uptown!), and even a Ten dollar bill! (Which I need back you heathens... imagine, stealing money from the Hostess with the Mostess!) At the end of Round Five the scores were: Oberon 2 points, Kblack 4, Ariadne 5, Moonus 2, Zand 4, Occy 6, Genike 3, Kal 1.
After a halftime show, where contrary to whatever Occy might say, I did NOT have a wardrobe malfunction, we entered into the second half of the game. We started out with a big one, the second Fed 2 category of the night, Fed 2 player names. Everyone seemed stumped, with names trickling in slowly. We had Hitman, Honoria, and a few Highlanders, along with a Harry, who didn't exist, and only ONE Hazed! Some of everyone's favorite things about watching the game were the cheerleaders, the coaches, commentary, charcoal barbeque parties, crew mistakes, Canadian beer, the couch - even someone's cats! (Yeah, whatever... like my favorite thing about the game is watching Catspaws in her frilly little cheerleader uniform... um, eww?) Soon we found out everyone's favorite team - hint hint, crimson and white - which of course led to me having to google them all, since I really have no idea about football at all. Let's just say we had a little break as the Hostess with the Mostess had to google on dialup - which should be illegal. Our last Fed 2 category of the night was Commands, with lots of Displays, but each one different, so I took them all. We finished up the regular rounds with a lovely list of Things for the Perfect Football Party.
Our Bonus Round for the night was Football Team Mascots. Now, there was a bit of confusion for that one, since some thought I meant the actual names of the mascots, when really I just wanted the mascots... like an eagle, or an elephant... so I do want to apologize to everyone for that mix up. See, like I said, remind me to never do another sports related Feddergories!
The scores at the end of the game were, Oberon 4 points, Genike 8, Moonus 9, Kblackdragon 10, and Kalandra 13. Occy came in fourth place with 14 points, with Zand coming in second with 15 points. That made the night's Slithy Tove winner Ariadne, with 17 points! Congrats to everyone for coming out to play, and be sure to come out for the next edition of Feddergories!
Feddergories is played each Saturday night at 10.00pm eastern on the Feddergories channel. No cheerleaders were harmed in the production of this game.
