A POLITE NAG ABOUT EMAIL

It seems every week there is something I have to nag you about. Go and vote for Fed - buy slithies - do this, don't do that. I don't mean to sound like a fierce old teacher, or your mother, but sometimes there are things I have to ask of you, and I can't think of a way to do it without being a bossy female.

This week, my nag is that when you send email to feedback@ibgames.com or to anybody at IB personally, please put the words Fed2 in the subject line. If you do that, the filters in our mail programs will put the mail in the folder for legitimate mail, where it will be read promptly and dealt with appropriately.

If you don't, the mail will just get dumped in a general folder, along with all kinds of other unidentified stuff including a great deal of spam. I then have to go through the folder and look at each one in turn, to decide whether it's spam or something I actually need to deal with. Sometimes, I make mistakes and accidentally delete a real email.

To make sure your email doesn't get zapped by mistake, put Fed2 in the subject line - you're helping yourself as well as me!
