WACKY WORDS

Thursday March 9
by Fancy-Fancy

Seven players joined me on channel Wacky for tonight's game of Wacky Words, with me filling in as host tonight. Prometheus, Lynnea, Honoria, Kalandra, Catspaws, Epi, and Robius all tuned in. I went over how to play for the new players we had tonight. When it was certain that everyone knew how to play, we began.

Our first word was SEARS. Lynnea grabbed the speed bonus this round and was also first with tonight's theme, which was major department stores. Prometheus grabbed the vote bonus this round with the phrase, "Serious Epi, acting really sneaky!"

The word for round 2 was KMART. Lynnea grabbed the speed bonus again this round, and also tied for the most votes with Catspaws. Their phrases were, respectively, "Kal manages ARTS real trickily", and "Kats make artistic, realistic toys."

Our next word tonight was TARGET. Lynnea was again the quickest this round for the speed bonus. Epi, Prometheus, and Honoria tied for the most votes this round (2 each) with these phrases:

"Titan Area Residents Get Egged Tonight"
"To Asterix; Really geting everyone turned-off"
"Titan's atmosphere renders genders equally touchy"

Round 4's word was DILLARDS. Prometheus and Epi tied for the most votes this round with "Dj is living life at random depots secretly" and "Doing It Lazily Leads All Rhea Dens Silent". Lynnea once again got the speed bonus.

The word for Round 5 was JCPENNEY. I allowed 3 minutes for phrases this round. Prometheus won this round with "Jessecka, Cats Pimpstress, eats naughty Nolepaul every year". Lynnea yet again scored the speed bonus, and also got a vote this round.

Our final word tonight was WALMART. Prometheus again collected the vote bonus this round with 3 votes for "What about Lynnea, making-out at Rhea twenty-times?" Honoria collected 2 votes for her phrase, "Will available lovers meet audition requirements tonight."

I added up the scores, and the final totals tonight were:

Prometheus: 17
Lynnea: 11
Epi: 7
Catspaws: 5
Honoria: 5

Congratulations to Prometheus, tonight's first place winner in Wacky Words! We'll play Wacky Words again on March 23, beginning at 10.00pm Eastern. And on the 16th, get ready to Scramble!
