SET CUSTOMS
Sets the customs rate levied against goods imported into your cartel.
Usage: SET CUSTOMS percent
Parameters: 'percent' is the percentage you want to levy, between 0 and 100.
Example: set customs 20
Restrictions: Plutocrats only. You must be somewhere in your system.
