RELAY
Broadcasts everything that happens to you, so it appears on another player's screen.
Usage: RELAY playername|off
Parameters: 'playername' is the name of the player you want to relay to. RELAY OFF turns the relay off again.
Usage: RELAY
This reminds you who you are relaying to.
Usage: RELAY CHANNEL
This relays your output to the channel you are tuned to.
