CHANGE FIGHTING

Toggles the fighting property on and off a space location, to allow ship fighting (or not).

Usage: CHANGE FIGHTING

Restrictions: Space locations only. Cannot be used in orbit or link locations. You must be the owner of the system. The change only lasts until the next reset unless you SAVE MAP.
