APPROVE
Approves a bid from a Financier to buy shares in your business.
Usage: APPROVE BID bid#
Parameters: 'bid#' is the number of the bid.
Example: approve bid 2
Restrictions: Industrialists only.
To reject a bid, use REJECT.
